				I recently purchased my 1st ever travel trailer. I settled on the 2019 Heartland Prowler 18LX. After a nationwide search, I kept coming back to Captain's Cove as they were consistently at least $2500 than anyone else. They had 2 units in stock and after a brief conversation, I purchased one over the phone w a small downpayment. Since I live 800miles from the dealer, I was taking a risk and given the down payment was non binding, so did they. I arrived on sight and loved the camper immediately. The tech walked me through all of the features and need-to-know details. Being my 1st camper, this was very useful information and provided me great comfort. I met with Marc DePeel, my salesman, and we closed the deal. At the conclusion, he presented me with the RV starter kit, a $200 value, as a gift. Wow! 
 Camper: was fully loaded with all of the optional features! It was not the striped down version. A few of my favorite features are the power awing, LED lighting in and out and the power tongue jack. It came with a battery and full propane tanks (2 x 20lb). The external shower and low drain points are must have features that I would have never considered. My only comment for new owners is to caulk the tub/shower.
 Dealership: Each interaction was professional, pleasant and exceeded all expectations. The walk through, the paperwork and even the coffee was great :-)

				I would just like to thank you for all your effort in regards to the boat. I have never dealt with a 
 company that cares about there customers so much. Jan and I have already talked about in a few years
 when we go to up grade to a newer bigger boat we are going to use your dealership. I 'am going to take

 boat looks great, and runs better than ever. With the extent of the damage I wasn't sure the engine compartment would

				I just wanted to write to compliment you on your exceptional level of 
 customer service. As you recall, we had a battery cable problem with our
 boat on the first day out! After trying to trouble shoot over the phone you
 realized that I would be unable to fix the problem and sent O.J. on a two plus
 hour round trip out to us at Lake Waynoka. He took extra time on a
 Saturday and put his own plans on hold to help us. We really appreciate the
 care you showed for our problem. It would have been very easy for you to
 say, "Sorry, used boats can have problems, this isn't our responsibility
 Instead, you spent a significant amount of time and effort (and money!)
 helping us to fix the problem. I wanted to let you know that we really
 consider your response above and beyond what would be expected and have
 become lifelong customers as a result (although hopefully not ones with
 problems on Saturday afternoons!)

				On September 1, 2004 we purchased our first boat from Captain's Cove. Unlike other 
 dealerships we had visited, we did not feel pressured or rushed to finalize Our choice.
 Our salesman was Steve Volk who was patient and most helpful, even in humid and
 miserable weather. As we finalized the purchase, which for us is always nerve-wracking,
 Steve was present to help. He actually offered assistance with our very tired
 and grumpy two-year old. Marc DePeel tried to make the process as quick and as
 painless as possible, dealing patiently with our obvious nervousness. And Kevin Dick
 did a fabulous job taking us out for a trial run. We learned so many valuable tips from
 him which have helped us tremendously. We've taken the boat out four times now. Thanks to the extra time and effort Captain's
 Cove put in to show us the basics, our experiences have been surprisingly easy. We
 were so worried about getting the boat on and off the trailer, but thanks to Kevin, it has
 been smooth sailing from the first time. The boat is wonderful! We've taken out quite a
 few family members and friends; everyone comments on how comfortable it is and
 how nicely it rides. We just love it! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We didn't purchase a million

				Captain' s Cove Marine has just sold my boat. They negotiated a fair price for the seller, 
 and for the buyer. They did everything that they agreed to do and were very pleasant
 about it. Their service department made some minor repairs to make the boat saleable and they did
 this at a fair price. Ifyou need brokerage service, either buying or selling, I must tell you that Kevin Dick

				Dear Glastron: In September, 2008 1 purchased a brand new Glastron GT249, Vin #GLA61948J708 from Captains Cove 
 Marine in Cincinnati, Ohio. At the time we were also looking at a GS259n which weighs 1100 pounds
 more. I called the factory to find out how something 12 inches longer is 1100 pounds more and was told
 in detail. After a water test we purchased the GT249. I just wanted to write to you to let you know
 what a fabulous hull design theGT249 has. During the test drive, when I took the wheel and put the
 boat on plane, with considerably less than full throttle, I was sold. We spend most of Our on the water
 time pulling Our grandchildren and their friends around On tubes. so I need good performance in the
 20-25 mph range. Honestly this boat doesn't even drive like a cruiser, more like a small cuddy. As you
 know, this boat hasa 305 two barrel Chevy and Volvo duo-prop Outdrive. Despite my best efforts it is
 almost imposible to blow Out the props. This boat holds extremely well in violent tight comers
 necessary to torture teenagers. We also love the ride quality. I did however have some minor problems
 with the Volvo outdrive which was all fixed to my complete satisfaction by Dan Mudersbach, the Volvo
 factory representative. After being treated so well, I would certainly buy the Volvo again. I would also say that Captains Cove Marine has simply been an excellent boat dealer. I would like to
 thank the following personnel that work there: Mark De peel, Dawn Soto, John Goble, Oj and Brad- All
 of whom have taken very good Care of me and Our boat. Ifyou have special dealer awards, this is one
 place that certainly deserves one! Because we love this boat so much I have made severa' improvements Of my OM. Some of which you
 may want to incorporate in future GT249 boats. Please see the attached photos. Thank you for making a boat that Will outrun a Crownline 250 with a 350 Magnum and Bravo 3 outdrive.
